Terms and Conditions

Overview:
To celebrate our 50th Anniversary, Hamilton Trails Golf Club is launching the 50 Round Challenge. The first golfer to complete 50 full-price rounds between July 1, 2025, and December 31, 2025, will win a Free Member Season Pass for 2026.

Eligibility:

  • Open to golfers aged 16 and older.

  • Not eligible:

    • Current 2025 Season Pass holders

    • Hamilton Trails employees

  • Rounds must be purchased at full price (no comped, discounted, league, or coupon rounds).

  • Walking and cart rounds both qualify.

How to Participate:

  • Register for the challenge at the clubhouse before or during your first qualifying round.

  • All rounds must be played on separate days and logged with clubhouse staff on the day of play.

  • Challenge runs from July 1 – December 31, 2025.

Tracking & Leaderboard:

  • An official log of qualifying rounds will be maintained at the clubhouse.

  • A monthly leaderboard will be posted and updated around the 1st of each month.

  • Participants may inquire about their round count anytime.

Prize:

  • The first eligible participant to complete 50 verified, full-price rounds wins a Free Member Season Pass for 2026.

  • If multiple golfers reach 50 rounds on the same day, the golfer who began the challenge earliest will win.

  • The winner will be announced by early January 2026.

Additional Notes:

  • By participating, golfers agree to allow Hamilton Trails to share their name and photo in promotional materials.

  • All decisions regarding eligibility and round verification rest with clubhouse management.

  • Hamilton Trails reserves the right to cancel or modify the challenge at any time.
